Hi there! I just wanted to be a good pal, and let you know that someone created a Twitter profile with your picture.

Let me explain how did I find this out.

So today I received a notification on my Twitter account, that someone from my contacts has joined on Twitter. I obviously driven by a pure curiosity went on Twitter to check out who has joined it. To my surprise neither did I recognise this person's face or name. Not strange at all. Nope.

I think that someone might have registered on Twitter with a hijacked email address from my contact list, and used your picture to sort of create an impression of a real person.  Good thing that I started to track back who is this guy in the picture (and it turned out to be you), and I was not surprised that someone just used a random picture they could find on Google (or from other search engine for that matter) to create a profile for whatever reason.
